By invitation of the Romanian party, the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation headed by Mr. E. Hentes, IBEC’s Board Member, took part in the meeting with Romanian business representatives and development finance institutions, which was held under the title of “Business Financing Opportunities in Romania” in Cluj-Napoca (Northern Transylvania, Romania) on 24 February 2016.

On the 28th of January 2016 in Sofia took place the XV-th session of the Inter-governmental Russian-Bulgarian commission for cooperation in the areas of economy, trade, science and technology, which was directed by the First deputy of the Minister of Jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, S. A. Gerasimov, the Minister of the Energetics of Bulgaria, T. Petkova and the Minister of the Economy of Bulgaria, B. Loukarski.

By invitation of the Romanian party, the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation took part in the meeting that was held in Bucharest on 26 January 2016 between the Romanian business representatives and development finance institutions operating in the territory of the country.

At the suggestion of the President of the State Bank of Vietnam, Head of the Delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the IBEC’s Council, due to expiration of five-year period of work in the IBEC Mr. Nguyen Van Anh was recalled from the position of the Member of the IBEC’s Board from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and by resolution of the IBEC’s Council Ms. Thinh Thi Hong was appointed to this position from 1 January 2016 for a period of five years.
