At the suggestion of the President of the State Bank of Vietnam, Head of the Delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the IBEC’s Council, due to expiration of five-year period of work in the IBEC Mr. Nguyen Van Anh was recalled from the position of the Member of the IBEC’s Board from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and by resolution of the IBEC’s Council Ms. Thinh Thi Hong was appointed to this position from 1 January 2016 for a period of five years.

The 126th meeting of the Council of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation was held in Moscow on 9 December 2015.

Representatives of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation headed by I.V. Golovchenko, Chairman of the Board, visited Mongolia from 21 to 23 October 2015.

On 8 October 2015, in Moscow a meeting was held between Ms. I.V. Golovchenko, Chairman of the IBEC’s Board, and Mr. Boyko Kotsev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Russian Federation.
