On 22-23 August 2017, the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC) headed by Ms. Thinh Thi Hong, Board Member, took part in the 15th meeting of the Working Group on Interbank Cooperation of the Intergovernmental Russian-Vietnamese Commission on Trade-and-Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation held on the Phu Quoc island (Socialist Republic of Vietnam). As a part of the meeting, the Agreement on Comprehensive Cooperation was signed between the IBEC and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

From 13 August to 16 August 2017, the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Co-Operation (IBEC) visited the world specialized exhibition EXPO 2017 in Astana, where 115 exhibiting countries demonstrated their achievements and prospects in the use of renewable energy sources.

From 27 June to 1 July 2017, the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC) headed by Mr. G. Tserenpurev, Board Member, visited Mongolia and took part in the activities of the second meeting of the Round Table on the issues of development of interbank and bilateral cooperation between the Russian Federation and Mongolia.

On Friday, 30 June 2017, Mr. Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, met in Moscow with Ms. Irina Golovchenko, Board Chairman of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation.
