Fitch Ratings — London — 09 Mar 2021: Fitch Ratings has upgraded International Bank for Economic Co-operation’s (IBEC) Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'. The Outlook is Stable. Fitch has also upgraded IBEC’s Short-Term IDR to 'F2' from 'F3'.
