On February 21, 2019 Denis Ivanov, Chairman of the Board of the International Bank for Economic Cooperation, met with Roman Artyukhin, Head of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation.

The parties discussed potential areas of cooperation between the IBEC and the Federal Treasury. Taking into account unique for a development institution settlement and cash services, it has been agreed to consider the possibilities of the IBEC integration into the Federal Treasury settlement network.
