The representatives of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC) took part in the Inter-regional Financial and Industrial Forum “On Financial Support to Industrial Enterprises of the Moscow Region”, which was held on May 26, 2017 in the Solnechnogorsk district, Morozovka Park-Hotel.
The forum was organized as part of the celebrated Day of Russian Entrepreneur with the support of the Union “Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry” and executive authorities of the Moscow region in the interests of enterprises of the real sector of economy of the Moscow region. The primary task of the event was to create awareness among large, medium and small industrial enterprises on state financial support methods and programs.
Heads of industrial and trade enterprises, the First Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow region, heads of administrations of municipal districts of the Moscow region participated in the forum. The IBEC’s delegation was represented by heads of customer management and corporate finance divisions.
In the course of the forum the participants discussed a broad list of practical issues relating to the state financial tools for industry support, the development trends of the banking sector, and approaches to lending to the real sector of economy. Andrey Churakov, Acting Head of the Administration of the Solnechnogorsk municipal district of the Moscow region, made a report on social and economic situation and investment climate in the district. Vadim Khromov, First Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow region, told about financial support of priority business projects, including provision of the enterprises involved in high-tech manufacturing with substantial tax benefits, and about establishment of the industry support fund of the Moscow region.
Natalia Malanicheva, Director of the Client Relations Department of the IBEC, made a report devoted to specifics of services of trade finance, lending and settlement operations of the Bank. The entrepreneurs also learned about the opportunities for cooperation with enterprises and organizations from the IBEC’s member countries, which are offered for the Bank’s customers.
The Bank’s presentation aroused much interest among entrepreneurs. Upon completion of the event, the Bank’s delegation held consultations and working meetings with the representatives of business and executive authorities of the Moscow region.
