The International Bank for Economic Co-Operation (IBEC) acted as a partner of the Euroreception, a joint event of the Polish diplomatic mission, the Polish Business Club and the Association of European Businesses (AEB), which was held on 21 June 2017 at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Moscow and was devoted to the topical issues of economic cooperation of European countries.
The event was attended by representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Russia and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Poland, The President Of The Governing Board of the Polish Business Club, members of the trade missions of European countries, and representatives of small and medium enterprises in the field of power industry, automotive industry, logistics, tourism, and other areas of business cooperation.
As a part of the business module of the event, the IBEC’s representatives held working meetings with Bella, Cersanit, Woseba, Maspex Wostok, JMP Flowers, Dako Professional Team, Polish Airlines and other companies, in the course of which the issues of supporting the implementation of joint projects were discussed.
The meeting of business representatives has brought an opportunity to establish new business contacts and to enhance relations with the existing partners.
The Association of European Businesses (AEB) is the main representation of foreign investors in the Russian Federation.
Founded in 1995, the AEB is an independent non-commercial organization that unites more than 500 companies operating in Russia. The Association includes both large international corporations and small and medium enterprises from countries of the European Union, the European Free Trade Association and other regions of the world. All of them are united by commitment to the objective of strengthening economic ties between the European Union and Russia and aspiration to improve the investment climate of the Russian Federation.
