On Visit of the IBEC Delegation to the Slovak Republic

Meetings of I.V. Golovchenko, Chairman of the IBEC’s Board, with Mr. Hudak, Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Lesay, State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Burian, State Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, were held within the framework of working visit of the delegation of the International Bank for Economic Cooperation to Slovakia on October 12-14, 2015.

In the course of the meetings with the Slovakian government officials, the issues were discussed regarding strategic development of the Bank and opportunities of extending the areas and forms of cooperation.

Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the Management of the Export-Import Bank of the Slovak Republic, during which the resumption and activation of cooperation that might result in a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership were discussed.

Furthermore, the meetings and discussions of joint projects were held with the Management of the Slovak Development and Investment Bank, the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), and the Sberbank of Slovakia.
