The 123rd meeting of the Council of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation was held in Moscow on 6 June 2014. The meeting was chaired by Head of the delegation of the Russian Federation in the IBEC’s Council, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation D.V. Pankin.
At this meeting, the Council approved the Board’s Report of the IBEC’s 2013 Performance, the Bank’s balance sheet as of 31 December 2013 and its profit. At the suggestion of the Czech delegation, the IBEC’s Council resolved to allocate EUR 20 mln. for payment of dividends to IBEC’s member countries.
The IBEC’s Council emphasized that it is important to have intragovernmental procedures completed by Bank’s member countries in order to further sign and effect the Protocol of Amendments to the Agreement on Organization and Activities of the IBEC.
At the meeting, the IBEC’s Council also considered other issues connected with Bank’s day-to-day operations and focused on implementation of the IBEC’s 2012-2016 Development Strategy.
At the suggestion of the delegation of the Republic of Poland, it was resolved to convene the 124th ordinary meeting of the IBEC’s Council in November 2014 in Warsaw.
