The new Chairman of the IBEC Board, Mr. Denis Ivanov, continues the series of first working meetings with delegations of the Member Countries: a visit to the Slovak Republic

On 20th April 2018 a meeting was held between the Chairman of the IBEC Board Mr.Denis Ivanov and the Head of the Slovak Delegation to the IBEC Council and State Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Finance, Ms. Dana Meager. During the IBEC delegation visit to Bratislava also took place series of working meeting, where participated as well Member of the Board, Mr. Jozef Bogdan.

The Head of the Slovak delegation has been diligently acquainted with the plans of the newly appointed Chairman of the IBEC Board for further development and reform of the Bank and fully supported them. Particular interest was attracted by the business-oriented approach to the transformation of the IBEC - the priority for the Bank shall be developing the export potential of its member countries and contributing to deepening of their integration, in line with the mission of the Bank.

The executives have also discussed the preparations for the forthcoming meeting of the IBEC Council, which will take place at the end of June 2018 in Bratislava. For the Bank, the upcoming Bratislava Council meeting will become truly historic as its shareholders will have to decide on the vector of further development of the IBEC and confirm their willingness to take efforts alongside with the management to put the Bank on a qualitatively new level. Decisions that will be reached by the delegations during the meeting will form the basis of the "launch" program of the Bank.
